Bookings T&C’s

Some appointments (over 2.5hour) will require a deposit at time of booking . 48 hours notice is required if cancelling or re-scheduling an appointment. If 48 hours notice is not given your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will need to be paid. If a client does not show up to an appointment any future bookings they wish to make must be paid in full upon booking.

We do not offer re-dos/refunds if you change your mind. If you are having an issue with your hair you must contact the salon within 5 days.
